An industry expert in Intelligent Transportation Systems, Smart Cities, and sustainable practices like waste stream management and carbon capture, Arvind's training as an urban planner has shaped his unique approach.
Arvind has honed a balanced blend of strategic and operational skills, refined under the guidance of industry leaders. His contributions to the HardTech and ClimateTech sectors are notable, with a special emphasis on developing sustainable, climate-conscious solutions. This displays his unwavering commitment to fostering a greener future.
In addition to his sector-specific work, Arvind's expertise extends to advising startups. From the initial idea's sketch on a napkin to the final stage of acquisition, and every step in between, Arvind provides guidance and insights, helping to turn nascent concepts into successful ventures.

Ashley’s mission is to support founders by connecting them to vital resources and networks, filling in the gaps in their processes, knowledge, or teams. Ashley shines as a brilliant super connector and dedicated founder advocate, striving to create value and foster success in the startup ecosystem.

Larissa's role as an interpreter and city ambassador for foreign visitors showcases her love for Indianapolis, and her dedication to making everyone feel at home. As a passionate planner and social butterfly, she ensures that everyone's experience in Indianapolis is balanced and memorable.

Research And Development Chemist
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Sophia experienced her first snowfall when she moved to Indiana in 2021 to join the team at HRG. A 2017 graduate with a BS in Chemical Science from Florida State University, Sophia has honed her skills in various laboratories over the years. Her professional journey includes time spent in a cosmetic lab where she tested products like sunblock, scar gel, and icy-hot, before she transitioned to the asphalt industry.
There, Sophia progressed from an Emulsion Lab Technician to a Pavement Preservation Specialist, gaining comprehensive knowledge and experience. Now at HRG, she applies her expertise to enhance asphalt and pavement preservation products as a valued member of the R&D team. When she's not immersed in her work, Sophia enjoys reading, powerlifting, and tackling jigsaw puzzles.

Senior Analytical Research Chemist
Andrea has been a valuable part of The Heritage Group since 2014. Currently active in the LC/MS lab, she provides essential analytical assistance to both internal and external stakeholders. With a vast knowledge base that includes HPLC, GC, and many standardized analytical test methods, her contributions have been vital.
In addition to her technical expertise, Andrea is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, leading a dedicated team to ensure the integrity of the organization's pivotal internal research database. Driven by a relentless curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, Andrea's contributions significantly impact the scope of work at The Heritage Group.
